Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your use of neonledgift.com and to any purchase you make from Neon LED Gift. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages, which form part of these terms.
1. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product listing contains an error, a payment cannot be verified, or a personalization request cannot be produced. If we cancel, any amount paid is refunded in full.
2. Personalized signs
Many signs carry text you supply. Please check spelling, punctuation and capitalization before checkout, because we produce the sign as entered. By submitting text or artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may refuse requests that include trademarks, characters or logos you do not own, or content that is offensive or unlawful.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. The total, including any shipping cost for international addresses, is shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Production and delivery
Signs are made to order. Production takes 5–7 business days and transit takes 6–9 business days. These are estimates rather than fixed delivery dates. Shipping within the United States is free. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the recipient’s responsibility.
5. Cancellations and returns
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of checkout; after that a 15% cancellation fee applies until the order ships. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the sign arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 6. Product appearance
Photos and mockups show how a design will look, but screen settings affect how colors appear, and each sign is shaped by hand, so small differences in color, line thickness and size can occur. Sizes listed are approximate.
7. Safe use
Use the sign with the power adapter supplied, follow the care instructions, and keep it away from water unless the listing says it is suitable for outdoor use. Do not cut, open or rewire the sign.
8. Warranty and liability
Signs are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, as described on our Warranty page. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
