Happy Retirement Neon Sign for Retirement Party Decor

After decades of alarm clocks and commutes, the next chapter deserves a little light. This sign spells Happy Retirement in a relaxed script, finished with a small half-sun rising over a wave, a nod to slow mornings and long vacations.

Coworkers often chip in for it as a group farewell gift, then hang it behind the cake table at the office send-off. Afterward it goes home to a den, a craft room or a sunroom wall.
