This Privacy Policy describes what personal information Neon LED Gift (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit neonledgift.com or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email support@neonledgift.com.

Order details: name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if you choose to enter one, and the items you buy.
Personalization details: the names, dates, words or artwork you ask us to put on a sign.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through a form on the site, including photos of a sign.
Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.

Payment information

Card and digital wallet payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number is entered on the processor’s secure form and is not stored on our servers. We receive only limited details such as the payment status and the last digits of the card.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, our servers and cookies record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring page and the contents of your cart.

To make, ship and deliver the sign you ordered, and to send order and shipping updates.

Production partners: the LED neon sign workshops that build your sign receive your design details and, where they pack the order, your shipping name and address.
Shipping carriers: your name, address and, where required, contact details so the parcel can be delivered and tracked.
Payment processor (Stripe): to authorize and complete payments and refunds.
Service providers: website hosting, email delivery and similar services that run the store on our behalf.
Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
