Shipping Policy

Each Neon LED Gift sign is built after you order it, so delivery happens in two stages: first the sign is made, then it travels to you. Here is what to expect for each stage.

Stage 1 — Making your sign

Production takes 5–7 business days from the time your order is placed. During this stage the LED neon flex is shaped, mounted on acrylic, wired and tested before it is packed.

Stage 2 — Transit

Once the sign leaves production, transit takes 6–9 business days. To estimate when a sign will reach the door, add the production time and the transit time together.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. Carrier delays, weather and peak holiday volume can add time that is outside our control.

Shipping cost

  • United States: shipping is free on every order.
  • Other countries: International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. The cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are set by local authorities and are paid by the recipient.

Ordering for a holiday

If the sign is a gift for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or a graduation, count back the full production and transit time from the date you need it, and give yourself extra room in December. If you are cutting it close, email us before ordering and we will tell you plainly whether the timeline works.

Tracking

When your sign ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow the parcel through the carrier’s site or check the status on our Track an Order page.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it before the parcel ships, but not once it is with the carrier.

Arrived damaged?

Unpack the sign soon after it arrives and plug it in. If anything is broken or not lighting, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can sort it out. Details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
