Text and artwork you send us

When you order a personalized sign, you keep any rights you hold in the names, words or images you provide. You give us permission to use them only to make, show you and deliver your order. By submitting them, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

Requests we decline

We do not make signs that reproduce trademarks, logos, characters, song lyrics or other protected material unless the customer owns the rights or has permission. If a request looks like it may infringe someone else’s rights, we will contact you before production and may cancel the order with a full refund.
