About Us
Neon LED Gift is an online shop for LED neon signs meant to be given away. Our catalog is arranged around the dates people actually shop for presents: Christmas and the winter holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, and graduations, retirements and other milestones.
Who runs the shop
We are a small online team based in Vietnam. We handle the storefront, take care of every order from checkout to delivery, and answer customer emails ourselves. When you write to us, the person replying is someone who can look at your order and actually do something about it.
Why a gift-focused neon store
A lit sign with a name, a date or a short line of text is a present that stays in view long after the wrapping paper is gone. We wanted a shop where someone looking for a holiday, anniversary or graduation gift could find signs grouped by occasion, rather than scrolling through a general lighting catalog.
What we are working toward
Our aim is simple: clear product pages, honest timelines and a sign that arrives looking like the one you ordered. We would rather tell you up front how long production and delivery take than promise a date we cannot keep, especially in the weeks before a holiday.
How our signs are made
Every sign is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer; production begins after you place your order and choose your text, color and size. Our signs are built from LED neon flex on acrylic: a flexible LED tube shaped into letters or artwork and mounted on a clear acrylic backing.
- Production time: 5–7 business days
- Transit time: 6–9 business days
- Shipping within the United States is free
Who builds them
We do not run our own factory. Signs are produced by partner LED neon sign workshops that specialize in this kind of work. We pass on your order details, follow each order through production, and ship the finished sign to you.
